Be A Star with Sugarfree

Gajar ka Halwa

As winters comes ,we want Gajar ka Halwa made by our mom. But we have only tasted halwa made with carrots and lots of sugar. I have an interesting recipe which we can make with sugarfree


All we need to do to make this dish:

1 Peel carrots and grate them finely
2 Heat clarified butter in a pan
3. Add grated carrot and keep it on medium flame for around 15 mins stirring occasionally
4. Now add milk and stir the mixture
5.Add sugarfree Natura and Keep it on low flame for 12-15 mins stirring in between
6.Meanwhile, the dry fruits need to be roasted or fried in clarified butter
7.Now add roasted (or fried) dry fruits,nutmeg powder and cardamom powder. Mix well and its ready.
